Hi, I’m Bob, I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) offering driving lessons and coaching in Chalgrove, Watlington, Stadhampton, Benson, Wallingford and surrounding areas.
I only offer manual lessons.
I work as a driving instructor on Saturday mornings. Occasionally, I can offer evenings but only during the summer, or when instructing on Pass Plus course.
Having previously been a motorcycle instructor for almost 20 years, before turning to four wheels, so I have a wealth of experience to call upon and offer lessons of the highest quality.
Covid
The interior of the car will cleaned down after each pupil, and support any pupils who wish to wear a face mask during the lesson. The car windows will be opened for ventilation.
If you or a member of your household has symptoms of Coronavirus or have tested positive, you must not attend lessons. (In these circumstances, I won’t charge a cancellation fee)
Comprehensive driving tuition
I provide driving lessons, training and coaching to a wide range of drivers, from absolute beginners just starting out, foreign license holders wanting to transfer their skills to a British license (or just wanting to become familiar with driving on the left!), to full license holders wanting to brush up their skills, or have specific driving issues that they want to work on, or progress to an advanced driving qualification.
I hold a current Enhanced DBS (criminal records check) and an ADI Certificate.
Unlike most other driving schools, I also hold a Certificate in Adult Training Delivery.
Learn to drive at your own pace
You will find that I am very patient and have a calm, relaxed but professional manner, whilst providing an excellent level of tuition. I firmly believe in making you, the pupil, feel at ease during your driving lessons. I have always had a knack of being able to explain complex problems in simple and clearly understood terms. I have considerable experience and adapt the lesson to suit how YOU learn.
I am happy to pick you up or drop you off from home, work, or college – just give me sufficient notice so that this does not impact on my other pupils.
